Upgrading from ColdFusion 9 to 11 Enterprise edition, can we use same licensing key?

We will be upgrading from ColdFusion 9 to 11 Enterprise edition. Can we use the same licensing keys or do we need new ones?

image not loading because double-quotes not being removed from path

I built my image paths and did a cfdump to check what is being produced:

<!--- Build image paths ---> 
<cfset image_src="../images/f#movie.FilmID#.jpg"> 
<cfset image_path=ExpandPath(image_src)> 


<cfdump var="#image_src#"><br> 
<cfdump var="#image_path#">

I get the following when I run the page:

../images/f5.jpg

C:\ColdFusion11\cfusion\wwwroot\workspace\OWS\images\f5.jpg

When I right-click on the image place holder and copy the image URL into a browserr address bar, what is being passed is:

http://127.0.0.1:8500/workspace/OWS/10/%E2%80%9D../images/f5.jpg%E2%80%9D

so, it is not taking out the ".. and " from around the image location of the following line as it expands the URL:

<cfset image_src="../images/f#movie.filmid#.jpg">

On another page I deleted the double-quotes and then put them back in and that worked. For some reason it didn't like the double-quotes that were there and didn't recognize the code correctly until I replaced them. I can't get that same solution to work here on this page.

How do I add/update/delete data using ColdFusion Builder 3?

I feel like this is a really simple and stupid question and should be easy to figure out, but I can't.

I am relearning ColdFusion after 12 years out of the IT field. I am using the ColdFusion 9 Getting Started:Volume 1 book. In Chapter 7 it states that I need to edit the Application.cfc file so that I can edit the database rather than just selecting from the database. I can't seem to find anything related to that file in any search. In my ColdFusion 11 Administrator I have set this mySQL database to be able to be edited, but ColdFusion Builder 3 doesn't seem to allow any editing of the tables. I have not had much luck searching for help regarding this on the internet either. My biggest problem so far is getting ColdFusion Builder to talk with my mySQL database properly so I can actually get on with relearning ColdFusion and writing code. Frustrating!!
