buttons in webhelp output

I am unable to get a custom button to display in my webhelp output. I tried adding a custom button. In the Custom Toolbar Item window I added the required info (name, text, image) including a link to our product website (on the action tab), but the button does not show up in the toolbar. I tried editing the About option but it does not display either. I basically can't get any button to show up other than the defaults in the Toolbar -> Main panel. I am using the skin editor. The custom button shows up when I click Preview in the skin editor, but when I generate the help, the button is not there. Any tips?

Robohelp11 has changed some text to italics

Robohelp 11 - I upgraded to 11 and now I'm noticing that RH11 has changed some text to italics that was not in italics before. I have a HUGE help system and can't check every file.

Setting simulation slides so they don't count as quiz questions

I'm using Captivate 7 and I have some simulation slides and a quiz in a project. The simulation slides count as quiz questions. Step #11 on this page: (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/473021) states that you should be able to turn this off a couple of ways depending on the version of Captivate. Here's the text of that answer:

To turn off reporting easily, tap the F9 key to open the Advanced Interaction view and clear the check marks (V4 and earlier) or note the slides with scorable Click Boxes (v5 and later).

Maybe the text “note the slides…” could have been clearer.

Here’s what you have to do: On each simulation slide, select the clickable object. Then the properties for that object appear in the Properties tab. Under Reporting, deselect the Include in Quiz check box.
