extend studio extensions do not work right in DW CC

I have Flexi Layouts Pro 2 and JQuery Media Pack installed within the latest Adobe Extension Manager CC and I cannot edit them or get them to work properly, it's like some of the menus/dialogs are missing or cannot launch. They are licensed products however, it shows a BUY bar on the top of each application bar as if they are trials. The editing function does not work in any of the JQuery Media Pack apps.

Windows 8.1
I have re-installed the DW CC software and updated the CC Manager
reinstalled the extension and air components
I have reset licenses

Anyone have a solution or have the same problem?

I really need help here --- these apps are not cheap

This is random because I have others that I have developed and generated identically the same way/structure and they are ok...

They play on all other devices. This is Kindle Fire 7" HD

Linking pdfs correctly

I have a RH10 project that contains several pdf links in chm, webhelp, multiscreen, and epub outputs. I have a technical question... Do I store the pdfs in a folder called "pdfs" in the main directory. no folder in main directory, or in the same folder as the topic in which its referenced? If the later, this may mean the pdf is in several places.

Can I get a better explanation than what's available in help. I am deploying these multiscreen profiles /outouts for apple, android, and desktop on the web. I need them to be fully functional and I am confused on why and when I would check or uncheck these two settings.

By the way - I do have popups - both image and text ...

I get the x broken link in top right corner... I tried all the solutions from changing reader settings to IE settings... no luck. the chm links works fine when opened on windows 7 and the pdfs open in multi screen and epub output. This is definitely a Windows 8/IE/Adobe Reader issue and it needs to be solved very soon or I may not have a job...

Robohelp Multiscreen Output is showing random script error popups

Generated multiscreen output clean with no errors; however, simply browsing final output is creating these script error popups like those shown below - Help - this needs to be fixed ASAP...
