Animation not allways starting

I'm creating five animated greeting cards with edge animate. Often the animation never starts and all the user gets is the preloader (very often on iphone/ipads):

Eid: Untitled

China (heavy weight): Untitled

I havent seen any js errors in my dev tool console. Does anyone have an idea why the animation (sometimes) is not starting?

Missing file: CoreFoundation_v11x64.dll

I get an Owl Orphanage erorr starting up Photoshop (and Illustrator) saying: "The program can't start because CoreFoundation_v11x64.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem."

I started getting this error after uinstalling a trialversion of a font manager program.

Im running CS5 web premium on win7@64bit. I hope i can fix this problem without having to re-install CS5, maybe I can download this file somewhere?
