Hello, we have one customer that has used two different emails to login the a secure zone and therefore created two customer records. How can we merge the two records into just one without losing any of the cases that have been made.

Hi guys, need help with the reporting of the analytics this is a new cattle selling site i just up loaded two months ago half way along the first month the visitor fingers have gone through the roof. The client believes the geographic location are very unusual to be getting so many hits from around the world even where there is no beef production.

What do you think? Is this a bug?

Hello, created a custome app for announcements and would like to know when placing the module on a page what does the "Latest Items" under display criteria actually do?

How does it work out what the latest items are?

Are announcements submitted displayed on the daily, weekly or monthly?

How do you or can you set the display time?

Are announcements older then a week removed automatically?

layout pages and print css

The problem i'm having, under the pages i'm seeing four of the layout files from my Web Apps that were created. They weren't there the other day and can't workout how to make them go away again, don't really want the client to see the layout pages or to accidentally delete them.

Also how to i edit the print view? the client would like me to style the print view but not having much luck with the old way <link href="../../stylesheets/print.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print.css"/>

i'm trying to add the buy now or add to cart tag to a app, but can't get it to work for me. Have been reading the other disucussions but can't make any sense from them. I'm only new to bc and would really appreciate some step by step screenshots of how to achieve this. Thanks in advance

interactive pdf in indesign with hyperlinks warning

create adverts that are interactive pdf in indesign with hyperlinks and mail to links and now we are assembling the document back together in the form of a book but on importing the pdf back into indesign we are getting the

warning: “this file may contain newer extensions or information than this viewer can support. it may not open of display correctly and cannot be changed.”

when the pdf imports the hyperlinks on the text work but the hyperlinks on the images are gone?

Using version cs5 v7.0.4
