impossible to open a project

I have been working on a project for hours and when I exported a version in a poor quality (for mobile use). Once it was over I shut my computer and the following day the project would not open: "ticktime error, the project may contain outdated media or have been damaged".

I did the project all over again. And suffered the same bug at the end. I am desperate, what can I do?

I am using Windows 7 Family Edition (64Bits) with 4Gb of RAM... The error only occurs when the editing is getting advanced, no problem during the first few hours of work...

Mayday!

Martin
