      <title>CC 2014 export to epub Fixed Layout Table Of Contents Question</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:6ceeebe9-b51e-4b3d-8248-f6a3e3d17e48] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have an .indd which I exported to an epub 3.0 &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;looks fine except there is a table of contents in the .indd and it does NOT work in the Epub.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I see a tuts for adding a navigation TOC in an EPub 2.0 doc but I need to have the TOC from the .indd as a linked / working TOC.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any help here?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;R&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:6ceeebe9-b51e-4b3d-8248-f6a3e3d17e48] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415931249047' /&gt;</description>

      <title>CC 2014 package folder fonts question</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:d70231d4-af75-48b9-bd5c-26e2cb3009a5] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm in CC 2014 I had a client send me a package with all links and fonts, when I open&amp;nbsp; the .indd file inside the main folder of the package I get the update links? box. Once the links update I get the Typekit dialogue box which shows I have 4 missing fonts ( no matching fonts in Typekit. When I click Find Font I see the orange symbols with the missing font but I already know that the missing fonts are NOT on my computer ( I have a Mac) But the fonts are in the fonts folder within the package. I also see ( in the dID font drop down, the fonts missing are in parenthesis.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;SO my questions here are as follows:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;do I ALWAYS need to EXTRACT fonts from the fonts folder in the package and place in my computer when I have this situation?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;R&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:d70231d4-af75-48b9-bd5c-26e2cb3009a5] --&gt;</description>
