I have imported most of the slides from a PP presentation. Do you think it might be one of the settings? Thank you!

Help with Captivate Quiz Please!

I need to have a quiz in one of my courses, The learner MUST NOT be able to advance the slide until they submit the question. that's is because they need to get a certain score to pass the course. The way my quiz is set up now is:

1- They have only one chance to answer each question.

2- I removed the Clear and Next button, so they wouldn't be able to advance without submitting the question.

3- They answer the question, click Submit, see if it is correct or not, then they get a message saying, Click anywhere to continue.

This is working well, but the problem is, that after answering questions and the screens are locked, if they go back to any of those screens, there is not a way for them to go to the next screens. If they decide to go back to the quiz to review anything, they can't get out of it. Any ideas?

Is there a way I can add Next button, only after the question has been submitted and their answers are locked?

Does any of this make sense?

Thank you!

Fabi

Movie within a movie help!!!

Hi everyone,

I have four short courses developed in Captivate. I have also created a "shell" in Captivate that houses all these demos. The shell, has buttons on top, so the user can select which demo to go to. The problem is, when the user is in one of the movies, they cannot pause the movie. I tried adding a play bar to each short movie and then inserting it back in the shell, but it doens't show up. If I put the playbar in the shell, the user can only pause the shell, not the short videos. Does any of it make sense? I really hope so!

Thank you!

Fabi
