promise.done not working with Edge Animate CC(2014)

I have a trigger with code at a label named 'swipe' that is called with promise.done. I am using Edge Commons sample code I found half way down the page at at http://www.edgedocks.com/edgecommons

Anybody know why promise.done doesn't work anymore? It had worked in the previous Edge Animate version. Is there a workaround?

Does InDesign CS6 support HTML 5 drag and drop?

I have created a working drag and drop HTML file in Edge Animate using this example: www.paultrani.com/2013/02/drag-drop-in-edge-animate. When I create a Web Content Folio Overlay in Indesign CS6 using the Edge Animate Html from this example, it does not work. Is there a way to get HTML5 drag and drop to work in Indesign?

I can't see the iPad option in the preview for the overlays or the folio builder.

I can't see the iPad option in the preview for the folio overlays or the folio buider.

I have the content viewer on my iPad and I am logged into it. This was working before. Getting a new version of the app does work.

Please help.

Can I sell through my own store?

I undestand that from step 4 of the Single Edition Overview, I can export my published folio as a zip file. Can I then use this zip file to sell my publications on my own website?

Step 4: Create, Publish, and Export Your Folio Use the Folio Producer tools to create your folio. Preview your folio using the Adobe Content Viewer. When you finish your folio, use the Folio Producer Organizer on the web to publish the folio. Then export the published folio as a .zip file.

Accorcing to MicroFilmmaker Magazine - http://www.microfilmmaker.com/wordpress/2012/01/dps-review/, The Single Edition costs $395 but then you have to pay Adobe an additional $9,000 if you have more than 5,000 downloads. Is this accurate?
