Adobe Exchange panel doesn't appear in Dreamweaver CC

I've joined CC and I'm using Dreamweaver, I've also tried to download and install Adobe Exchange panel without success - I can see it in extension manager but the panel doesn't appear in Dreamweaver. I'm beginning to regret ever signing up for CC as it appears to be very glitchy. Could someone help me with this please.

I can't install the Creative Cloud app for desktop...

I've tried several times to install the creative cloud app (or any other app for that matter), I can download it but it won't install. I'm using windows 7. This is the message I get ...

I've been to the customer support website and followed the instructions for minimising start up apps and anti virus software - no luck! I've just signed up for cloud membership and I'm losing my patience with this, could someone at Adobe please help.

Changing a variables length for text input in Captivate 6

I'm desperate for help with a text input box variable, I need students to enter their name as they want it to appear on a certificate and I've called the variable s_Name but it doesn't allow more than 15 characters, does anyone know how to edit this to allow more characters? I'm using Adobe Captivate 6. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Certificate looks faded when printing and on screen

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me with this one, I have a course that prints out a certificate and I'm using the cpguru print widget for this but the certificate looks faded on screen and prints very faintly, can anyone tell me how this can be fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Serious problem with captivate printing

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me, I've set up a course that worked fine and printed out a certificate beautifully - then I had to tweak a page and since then I can't print out the full name on the certificate, it only prints out part of the name. Does anyone know a solution to this problem, I've looked every where in Captivate to see if I can find a text limit on the input field but can't find any - please help!

I've tried Adobe support but they are impossible to get hold of unless you pay wads of money! it seems they are unwilling to offer any kind of help

I'm completely new to captivate, but I have been impressed with the ease in which you can create a nice online course (i'm using Captivate 5.5). However it seems to be VERY BUGGY one of the things that attacted me to it was the ability to create a certificate but having used the widget I'm stuck with the following problems:

I have a signature image (png) that I try to put in the certificate - it DOESN'T display!
Is there any way of editing the horrendous graphics and the fonts - the certificate borders do not match anything in my online course style
I've tried to use Flash 5.5 to edit the graphics but this only corrupted the widget, I don't have photoshop only Flash and Fireworks

I've scoured the internet to find solutions to the problem without success - there also doesn't seem to be any information in these forums either. I could really do with some help and guidance on this and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
