Can't seem to change my email

I am trying to change my mail email in my account. The current email is no longer available to me. I've tried setting up the new email I get a message that says

"Your account changes couldn't be saved."

And then I get a new screen that says

"FOR YOUR PROTECTION, PLEASE VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY."

It wants me to use the old log in email address to verify I'm who I am, which I have done several times, but does not allow me to change the old address to a new one. When I try to put the new email in the main field again I get the same information as above and I get a pop up message that says

"An email has been sent to your inbox. Please check your email to complete verification."

I'm sure the verification is going to my old email address, but I'm not able to get any emails at the old address, as it has been cancelled.

Please help.

Page on screen jumping... HELP!!

I just purchased the new Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 Master Collection. My problem when I working on a page (in any program in the suite collection) is that when I move my cursor slightly for any reason my page abruptly jumps off the screen. I have to either use the command +0 tool to fit on page or drag the page back on the screen with the hand tool. I had the same problem when I had previously downloaded the trial version (I thought maybe it was a trial thing, but when I purchased the new software I still had the same issue). Could it possibly be a preference setting? Can anyone help me with this issue?
