Prelude crashes on ingest

Having trouble with Prelude. Keeps crashing on injest. Any updates i might be missing? Anybody else with this issue. I am using Windows 7 Pro as my OS.

No more phone support for Pr in the future? Is that true? I cant imagine such an important asset in Adobe's product line up that has so many issues ditching o phone support.

Where did my project file go?

I spent 2 weeks on a project organizing it in Prelude. Went to open Prelude this morning and there is no project file. What happend? Has this happend to anybody else? I checked all the associated folders and there is nothing. I did find the Rough Cut, but that was it. No raw footage, no project file, nothing. Was there an update from adobe that could have wiped my project out? I do this for a living and have two back up files associated to Prelude as well that are missing too.
