      <title>Adobe Presenter 9 navigation to webpage was canceled when click email hyperlink</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:5546ddb6-4c60-4abb-8315-beef3721e316] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Windows 7, IE 10, Adobe Presenter 9&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have an email hyperlink created in PPT/Presenter that works fine within PPT.&amp;nbsp; However, when I publish the course to My Documents and view the presentation, once I click the email hyperlink, it opens an email but opens an additional window..."Navigation to webpage canceled".&amp;nbsp; It reacts this same way when published to our LMS.&amp;nbsp; The user will need to close the extra window, which may cause confusion.&amp;nbsp; Our IT department has looked at my IE security settings and I have set my flash security settings to "allow" for My Documents folder.&amp;nbsp; I went back to a similar course I created a couple of years ago, but I do not receive this message when I click the hyperlink.&amp;nbsp; I was using an older version of Presenter at that time.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Has anyone experienced this same issue and had a resolution?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Madonna&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:5546ddb6-4c60-4abb-8315-beef3721e316] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415900518680' /&gt;</description>

      <title>Presenter 8 quiz error when editing the quiz.</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:a6f2a82a-45c9-4179-82b5-7d062e6c048e] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have recently upgraded to Presenter 8 as well as to Windows 7 64-bit and PPT 2010 32-bit.&amp;nbsp; Whenever I go into the quiz manager to edit an existing quiz, I receive this error:&amp;nbsp; &lt;em&gt;Adobe Presenter has encountered an unexpected problem while working with your presentation.&amp;nbsp; Try saving your work to a new file and restart PowerPoint.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have tried resaving my PPT and still the problem exists.&amp;nbsp; This has happened with PPTs and quizzes that were previously created in Presenter 7 as well as for new quizzes I have created in Presenter 8.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After installing the upgrade, I initially had problems publishing the courses to the My Document\My Adobe Presentation folder.&amp;nbsp; I had received the same error message.&amp;nbsp; I read suggestions to create a new Windows profile.&amp;nbsp; I worked with our IT department to do that, and I was then successful at publishing but now need this problem with quiz editing resolved.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Please help with any suggestions as I frequently update courses with edited quizzes.&amp;nbsp; If there is no remedy available, I will need to go back to using Presenter 7.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:a6f2a82a-45c9-4179-82b5-7d062e6c048e] --&gt;</description>
