I get this error whenI try to set up a new email: "Error Account details for this user can only be updated via the site where it was first created." What do I need to do?

Receiving emails from new web site

I have had my website and email hosted by web developer for several years. I have just redesigned my site (korabdesign.com) with MUSE and now have my domain directed to Business Catalyst were I have uploaded the site. My question is how do I go about recieving and viewing my e-mail (rick@korabdesign.com) now that I am dropping the old hosting company?

Hello,

I am ready to the launch two websites to Adobe Business Catalyst for hosting. My own, Korabdesign.com and Airfiltersolutions.com. They both have existing sites with an older design. My question is how do we access the e-mail for the new these sites. For Korab Design it is rick@korabdesign.com and for Air Filter Solutions in is a multitude of addresses such as info@airiltersolutions.com. Right now I access my email though my website provider. Once I let go of them how to do I access my email from Business Catalyst. And more importantly how does Air Filter Solutions access theirs?

Their tech guy is quite concerned that they we are jumping ship. They have anti-spam protection on their site and he has this question:

“The only thing I need is clarification about is which of these 3 IP addresses their site is now at: United States data center - 54.236.190.114 or 54.236.189.64 or 54.236.189.61

The email portion points to a vendor called MailProtector that provides top-notch spam filtering and email hosting. The email hosting allows for half of their account to use Exchange while the other half use the cheaper (and more reliable) IMAP protocol.”

And I have just one more question. How do we direct Network Solutions (Korab Design) and Go Daddy (Air Filter Solutions) to send the domain names to Business Catalyst?
