is Ps Mix available on Android?

Can't find except for iPad, but is it or will it be available for Samsung Note?

when opening PS CC 2014 I get message "The program can't strt because ONCoreFoundation8.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". I did and still get same message.

Font in Reader XI

The font on text in pdf documents appears light and not clear. In older Readers I didn't have this problem. How do I change the appearance of text? Can I download Reader X to compare with Reader XI?

font in menu bar in CS5

The font is very light on the menu bar in CS5. However Bridge in CS5 is bold and easy to read (as is the menu in PS CS3). How do I adjust the appearance of the menu bar?

I would also like the gray color on the menu bar and tool bar and in the background of a picture to be lighter. In Bridge CS5 I can lighten the background to pictures and I would like this in Photoshop CS5.

Will I be able to get all of the upgrades for Photoshop CS3 when I reinstall CS3 for Windows 7 (from Win XP)?
