Large illustrator file doesn't open anymore, latest version 18

All of a sudden a large illustrator file (800 Mb) will not open because it says 'can't open the illustration' no further reason is given.

Opening the dil in Photoshop succeeds so does placing in Indesign and export the file to pdf and it will open in Illustrator. Though doing this I'm losing my layers (quiet a lot) and specific thickness of lines etcetera.

I'm using the latest version of Illustrator in the cloud on my mac.

Please give me a clue how to be able to use the file again!?

embedding video in Muse

Hi there,

I'm working on my new website which I'm making in Adobe Muse. I'm about to publish it to my internet provider but facing one problem.

Could anybody tell me how I can embed video in Muse without opening another page or frame to play the video.

Fot the time being I published the design in catalyst: http://roodontwerp.businesscatalyst.com/index.html

As you will see, there is an image of birds which in fact is a video. If you will click on the image, the video will start playing in another frame and that's not hat I want. I want it to start immediately after opening the homepage but I can't find a way to get it this way.

Any help will be appreciated!

Animated GIF problem saving for web in CS6

I made an animated gif in CS6 and trying to save it for the web. The duration of the animation is pretty long, about 44 seconds. After 17 seconds the animation stops while the saving was completed. How can I solve this problem? The file is too large to attach (725 x 225 px) unfortunately.

Please give me some advice;-)

Muse accordion problems

I'm encoutering a problem with accordion in Muse. The problem exists only for a couple of days because before it worked just fine. So, it looks like I did something wrong until I discovered today that Google Chrome shows the accordien properly but Safari and Firefox unfortunately not.

In Muse I made a portfolio by using an accordion. The states are fine and each item shows the moving although the content is not yet existing. But, as soon as take a preview of when I publish the site, the accordion only works for the first item in the widget. Roll overs for the rest are doing fine except for the first one!

Please take a look at the screenshot or at my BC site address which is mentioned below.

Could anyone tell me what the problem is? I'm quiet confused because it did work a week ago. In the meantime I received a message Muse has to be updated but the update could not be used because of a installingproblem in the update. Maybe it has something to do with it but I'm quiet confused about it.

I love the program anyway!
