Different Page for Parts of Business Catalyst Order Form

can you help me with placing each part of the ordering process on a different page

i.e. billing information on a page then click "next" to a new page that has the shipping information then click "next" to get to the credit card info page then a button to submit order

I have had my premium account for 6 years but I am getting out of the business now. I am willing to sell it at 50% ($1000) on par with another similar post.

Adobe will facilitate the transaction if interested. I currently have 1 customer who is using the service.
