I can't reach them. Should I get a prepaid card or am I simply forced to switch to another software platform? I have had extreme problems with Adobe customer service. :-)

I have a 2 hour MP4 video created in a recent Google Hangout. All I need to do is clip the first 10 minutes.

Then I want to save the video in its same format and files size and quality and everything else. The training videos are geared to more complex tasks.

How can I do this? What specific training videos should I watch? What other details can you tell me?

Thanks for any help. I hate to have to trash the video. :-)
