      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:ef07c4c1-178c-4c1e-b9a7-aad6ce285f97] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Our web site is BC hosted, registered at Godaddy, with GMail as mail provider, and ZohoCampaigns as the sender of email campaigns.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;SPF Domain verification fails in ZohoCampaigns.. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The error in the header of email received on test to Yahoo account is&amp;nbsp; "Received-SPF: softfail (transitioning domain of greaterintell.com does not designate 209.85.213.173 as permitted sender)"&amp;nbsp; ..................... 209.85.213.173 = google mail&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;SPF Record is "www.greaterintell.com IN SPF 86400 "v=spf1 mx include:worldsecuresystems.com&amp;nbsp; include:zcsend.net&amp;nbsp; ~all"" . I unable to either delete "include:worldesecuresystems.com" or change the "~" to "-", as seems to be widely suggested.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My NameServers are all "WorldSecureSystems". I have also added DKIM records, and they seem to Pass.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Assistance on the BC Advanced DNS records is appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:ef07c4c1-178c-4c1e-b9a7-aad6ce285f97] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415885329697' /&gt;</description>

Initially, I was under the impression (mistaken, I think) that a customer's reply to an eamil from &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:support@mycompany.com" target="_blank"&gt;support@mycompany.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt; would generate a new contact in CRM and a new case against that contact.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Assuming now that that is not the case, I tested a second scenario by creating a new contact for myself within CRM (using my company email address), sending an email from "support" to my own company email address, and replying to it, thinking that I would see a new case under my new CRM contact record.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The emails flow into and out of the support address, but the results never show up in CTS or CRM.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:70180ad9-96f2-4647-96a4-e3ce92fce6f7] --&gt;</description>
