      <title>PP CS5.5 crashed...autosaved versions seem to be lost</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:60fe0ad8-e055-429d-a87e-b77ab6f9b6fd] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Premiere Pro CS5.5 just crashed on my MacPro.&amp;nbsp; I hit the reopen button on the report screen, and it restarted, but did not give the message about changing the name before saving and not writing over the original version.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What opened up was the version from start of business this morning, around 10 hours ago.&amp;nbsp; So it is not accessing all the autosaved versions stored since then.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is there a way to manually access these versions...losing a day's work is not a happy thought.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;thanks,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Scott&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:60fe0ad8-e055-429d-a87e-b77ab6f9b6fd] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415950795186' /&gt;</description>

      <title>PrPro CS5.5 gui too wide</title>

      <title>PDF "damaged or not readable"</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:9341a88f-b859-4674-8c18-20cf10461e95] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;My workstation is offline, and I need the help files for Production Premium CS5.5.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For example....the AE CS5.5 help file....I downloaded it to the iPad1, and it reads OK in iBooks.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I downloaded it to the MacBook, and it cannot be read by Preview or Adobe Reader 10.1.2 (freshly downloaded and installed).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Using Preview, the popup message reads: The file &amp;#8220;after_effects_cs5_help.pdf&amp;rdquo; could not be opened. It may be damaged or use a file format that Preview doesn&amp;#8217;t recognize.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Using Adobe Reader, the popup message reads:&amp;nbsp; There was an error opening this document.
