Block Referrer from website - semalt.com

Hello,

Does anyone have any javascript or other way to block referring websites like semalt.com from getting to our website? I normally do that through the .htaccess file, but we don't seem to have access to that in BC.

I just set up a filter through google analytics, but I would like to keep them off of our site in general since I think we are getting direct visits from them as well now.

Change Blog Date format from US to European

I need to change the default blog date format from "måndag, september 29, 2014" to "29-September-2014"

Hello,

I don't know javascript and I have a couple of items that I think need javascript in order to complete. Please ee below. Thanks in advance for your help!

1) This website sells headbands. In order to give back to the community, every headband purchased will provide 3 meals for a child in Uganda (provides through a local ministry).

We have a note in the header that says that "1 headband = 3 meals". We'd like to implement a tally or counter feature in the header that takes the number of products purchased and multiples it by 3 to show a total number of meals provided because of what is in their shopping cart.

2) We want to add a notice in the shopping cart that will encourage people to buy additional products to qualify for free shipping. i.e. “spend $7 more and receive free shipping and handling”

They need to spend $45 to get free shipping. What code could I add to the shopping cart to achieve this?

(Also, we'd also be interested in adding a related products feature here as well.)

Blog Post List - same date posts under one date listing (javascript?)

Hello,

I have six blogs set up for a website. I have the blogs summaries appearing on the home page and in the individual blog index sections.

I would like all blog summaries (with the same date) to appear under one date entry and not repeat the same date for each item. Tech Support says this is possible with javascript (as is most things it seems), but I do not know javascript.

Can anyone help me out with some code or other recommendation for this?

Web Form with Credit Card - Add Processing Fee

I have a web form that uses credit card processing. The web form is to process a payment for rent.

The rent amount is being pulled from a custom field on the user's CRM record so that each tenant has a unique rent amount due. We want to add a processing fee of approximately $20 to each order.

Is there a way to add a processing fee to the amount? We don't want to just add $20 to the custom rent field amount. We want it added separately.

Can we add another custom field for the processing fee and have it add the two amounts together In the web form? How would I do this? I don't know javascript.

Any other ideas as to how to accomplish this?

Replace Product Poplets lightbox with another jquery lightbox

Hello,

My client would like to disable the default lightbox that comes with the additional product poplet images and use a different jquery lightbox.

I am just wondering how I can disable the poplet lightbox and use another jquery lightbox. I installed the new jquery code on this page http://www.tovolo.com/table-2/test - but it is still using the poplet lightbox.
