Linking to topics in browser based help

Hello everyone --

I was wondering if there is a way to link to a given help topic in the browser based help, that is not the default topic, and still have the ToC and header appear as it does when you link to /help.htm

For example, let's say URL for the general help guide is http://www.hardware123.com/help_doc/help.htm

This help guide has a topic on sprockets (sprockets.htm). From the sprocket section of the website, can I add a link to http://www.hardware123/help_doc/sprockets.htm that will still generate the ToC?

Name/word branding dependent on layout

Hello everyone --

Is there a way to flag certain words/terms so that they will appear differently depending on which layout I am building? This would be similar to the build tags, but would find & replace keywords depending on the Help layout selected.

For example, "Air Help - Default" refers to using your "telephone", but if I build "Air Help - VoIP", all instances of of the word "telephone" will be replaced with "VoIP".

Load different versions of Help depending on user's OS?

Is it possible to have different versions of Help load depending on the user's OS?

For example, if a user is accessing from a PC then they would load the AIR Help version, but if they were accessing from a Mac then they would load the HTML version.

Is this something that is handled on our database end, or would it be a feature of Adobe RoboHelp Server?

Adding toolbars/titlebars to WebHelp Pro

Is it possible to add additional toolbars to WebHelp Pro, such that something like:

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible, I'm just having trouble sorting through the various output files.

Different font sizes in WebHelp Pro ToC

Hello everyone

I was wondering if it's possible to have different font sizes for the parent & child topics in a WebHelp Pro table of contents?

For example:

Parent Topic [12pt bold]

Sub-Parent Topic [10pt bold]

Child Topic [10pt normal]

I have been mucking about in the .skn file but I am not sure if this is a change I'd make under <subpane name="Contents"> or if it's even possible.
