I have had a Business Catalyst Premium Partner Account for number of years and I never use it. My business has changed and it's a shame to see it just sitting there. It is very powerful tool. If you don't know much about it, check it out here:

Crash looses file

Hoping someone can answer me on this one.

I've had my CS6 crash a couple of times which has resulted in the files actually being deleted.

I am using an iMac and it is connected to a Drobo via ethernet as it's part of a network.

I'm not sure if it's the network connection that causes the issue with not being able to recover. It's like the file has an issue and because it crashes, the Drobo thinks the file doesn't exist and thus it's deleted.

The IDLK is still there and there is information in the Recovery Folder matcing the time and date but it's unable to recover due to the fact that the actual file has gone.

Just lost 2 full days of work through this. It had been saved mutliple time but obviously not in multiple locations so everything has been lost.

Any help on why this is happening or ways to stop it would be much appreciated.
