Adobe Captivate 8 Responsive Project does not support Rollover, motion effects, text animation, etc.

Hello, I cannot insert Rollover, Motion effects, Text animation, etc, in my Adobe Captivate 8 Responsive Project. Why does it happens? It is very restrictive.

Will this problem be solved in Captivate 9?

Adobe Captivate 8 trial: does not open and asks for Application Manager

Whenever I try to open Captivate 8, it shuts down and shows this message:

However, I installed Application Manager and I still get this message.

What should I do?
