Why can't I run (or even open) Photoshop Elements 10 anymore? AND why can't I uninstall it to reinstall?

I have been running Photoshop Elements 11 but when I tried to use 10 I couldn't even open the program.

I wanted to uninstall Elements 10 and then reinstall it but got no where. What's going on?

Add fonts and shapes to PSE 11

Help! I can't seem to figure out how to install new fonts and shapes into the new Elements 11. I was successful with the Actions and Styles but these two got me stumped. I don't even know if I should look at the Preset or the panels.Help!

Any help would be appreciated.

How do I reinstall Photoshop Elements 11 from a purchased disk?

I am having problems reinstalling Photoshop Elements 11. I keep getting Error 1303,. I have no idea what it means and how to go about it. I have been using the purchased disk.

I have Photoshop Elements 10 installed and have no problems with it. I an using Windows 7. Please help. Just cannot seem to get it going and need it very much. I would appreciate any help I could get.

A have PSE 10 and have correctly entered purchased Actions which are visable in the Photo Effects folder but not the Photo Effects Panel. Some of the Actions are visable but not all. How can I get them all visable? I have Windows 7. This is driving me NUTS!
