How do I contact Support?

Can't figure out how to contact BC support. Help and Support page refers me to the site management page ("click Help and Supoort"), which comes right back to the same page.

Live Chat does exactly the same thing, and doesn't work at all. I've got 3 sites in limbo right now, and don't know how to contact Adobe.

Trying Twitter next, I guess.

Adding a domain name to BC site results in Error. Cannot locate Adobe support.

"Error. Domain name already exists..." Have 3 sites not working right now.

Sorry to post multiple times, but Adobe support is non-existent, and Live Chat and Open a Ticket are both circular links that never go anywhere, nor let me contact Adobe.

Past answers said Adobe needed to clear out their servers, but all answers in forum are from 2012(!).

Already lost a day, need help ASAP.

When I "associate existing domain", and enter a domain I own and have configured from a registrar, I get an error.

Need current answer to how I "delete all records associated with this domain before re-adding it".

All name servers are changed, DNSwatch.info shows the sites at BC's servers.

Need 3 domains up by tonight. Thanks.

Can I change the html name for a page without changing the Menu?

As I have links on resumes, and portfolios throughout the web, I'd like the "about me page" to be called info.html. But "info" is a really stupid, general name for a Menu item. So, can I change the name of the pages HTML file to "info.html" without changing it on the menu?

Edge updates not installing

so, I did all the other CC updates this week (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver CC), but the Edge apps (Edge Reflow CC and Edge Code CC) never install. Just "waiting", no error, nothing.

Looking forward to the new stuff in Reflow, but can't get it to download and install.

Any body else? Any answers?

Can't find my cursor when working with menus

So...I'm doing a vertical menu, and using larger "square box" type backgrounds for each element of the menu.

Because the boxes are large, I want to be able to align the type flush left and break lines where I choose. The only way I've found, is to increase the Padding, to force the text down to the next line.

What I really want is to just be able to hit "return" inside a menu item box to stack up the words.

But, I don't get a cursor.

Am I missing a set which allows me to format text inside the menu item box?

Creative Cloud Illustrator CS6 crashing continually

Since "updating" my version of CS6 Illustrator (Creative Cloud), my Illustrator crashes constantly. Mostly, it seems, when saving RGB files. Anyone have any similar issue, and solution? My Illustrator is unusable.
