      <title>photoshop cc: is it worth paying monthly for CC if I already own CS6?</title>

On start up I am getting the message Photoshop system error...msucp110.dll and the start takes ages.I think it may be to do with the Nic software plug in that I have, although I have never had this problem before..Also I seem unable to access any on line help from the Help tag at the top of the screen.
