CF11 instance only works when I start it via console

In WIndows Services, my cfintra instance is running. In CF Instance Manager, my cfintra instance is stopped, and I can't started via this page. In CF instance logs I get this:

And visiting my website simply returns a 500 error. So I started the CF instance via CMD with: coldfusion.exe -start -console and now my website is running. However, the status of the instance in Windows Services is 'stopped' and if I close the CMD window it shuts down the CF instance. I have 4 CF instance that I'm managing via the instance manager and CFINTRA is the only one I can't start and stop successfully from the manager. So, how do I debug this issue?

[Coldfusion 10] convert SQL image data type to pdf file

The data is of image type in my database table. How do I save this data as a pdf file. The data in the table is already pdf type 0x151C240002000000080008001400... I tried select boxid, datapdf from records where datapdf is not null FileWrite("data.pdf", records.datapdf[1]); It did save the file as a pdf, but upon opening the file is said "it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged".

Enterprise multiple instances can't start with port set to 80

I have three instances: main instance is for cfadmin site, next two are my websites.

cfusion ---> cfadmin site --- http port <blank> --- remote port 8014 --- host localhost --- cluster none

cfusion2 ----> website 1 --- http port 80 --- remote port 8012 --- host localhost --- cluster none

cfusion3 ----> website 2 --- http port 8501 --- remote port 8011 --- host localhost --- cluster none

cfusion2 does not start up and the instance manager page just refreshes without a message, and there are no system or cf logs with errors. I'm using Chrome browser, I gave up on Internet Explorer(event after adding the sites to the safe zone).

I then proceeded to configure the third site using WSCONFIG in hopes that it will use cfusion3 server but instead it automatically selected cfusion.

I could really use some help here. Thanks in advance.

Submitting cfadmin login password I get "an invalid method (http verb) is being used."

This is occuring after a fresh install of IIS, and the cfadmin website is configured via WSCONFIG. I followed all the user permission recommendations from Pete's CF11 Lockdown Guide with the exception of the IIS configuration(still haven't removed handler mappings and haven't added any URL deny sequences under Request Filtering). Which eventually I will because that's the goal.

This is what I get after I submit my username and password. the last http request that is made is to /CFIDE/administrator/enter.cfm, which responds with 405.0 Method Not Allowed (invalid method http verb)

After I can keep going back to the login page with no problem. I'm accessing the cfadmin on Internet Explorer logged in as an administrator user of the web server(2012) itself.
