Does anyone know why when I try to contact support with chat the question does not send/the start chat button is broken?

To what folder do I upload the google webmaster verification file too?

Where do I change the file name of a page?

Hello, When I right click on my home page and go to properties - options, my page name and page title is HOME but the File name is index. Id like to change it to HOME but its grayed out and I cant click the "Same as Page Name Box" below it. Where do I change the file name of a page?

why is my preview different than my browser preview?

I have a page background diagonal shape shifting to a different position in the browser preview, than my master page/preview. Is this just a troubling shape?

Module & Image Mgr. not working

Below are the instructions for inserting a photo from the gallery. I have done it many times before. there is No image editor but a image manager - I did upload the images from my computer but it has no buttons to close it down, I have to refresh to close it.

*The Module button (tab?below) does not respond. The temonology of the directions are not matcing my tool bar, there is no editor button but a image manager. The tool bar is not responding or working properly? Please help Thanks

Insert the photo gallery in a page

Open the page in editing mode by selecting Site Manager > Pages, and clicking the page in the tree view.
Place the cursor in the content editor where you want to insert the photo gallery.
*In the Modules tab of the Toolbox found on the right of the editor, select Photo Galleries.

Acrobat PDF puts black marks around my handdrawn art and clipped photos

Hello,

I have to convert my design projects in to PDFs before I go to Kinkos, they always get a "aura of black marks" around the edges. When Kinkos makes the same PDF for me (from my In-Design or Illustrator files) they do not appear. please help. Wendy
