Activation reset - E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Hi,

According to this article on Adobe website (http://helpx.adobe.com/digital-editions/kb/e-lic-already-fulfilled.html). If a user received this error "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" he can ask the ebook provider to have his activation "RESET".

User think if they fulfill an ebook with and unauthorized adobe id, they can reset the license et redownload with the new adobe id wich is not possible!

Can someone explain to me what is that RESET and what this article talk about!

Fulfillment token nto showing src and downloadtype

Hi,

I'm having a issue with my fulfillment token using gblink. When a user click on a gblink the .acsm file doesn't have any src and downloadtype value in the file.

ADE is able to download de file correctly, but in Bluefirereader, i'm having an error trying to download the ebook for the first time.

When i'm checking that ressource in Content Server those value show up correctly.

Any idea?

Upgrading ACS 4.0.1 to 4.1.2 Fulfillment error

Hi,

I have a couple of ACS server and i was able to upgrade all of the except one!

After the upgrade we try a fulfillment request and the acsm file content is " <error xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/adept" data="E_URLLINK_NO_SUCH_DISTRIBUTOR "

Does someone have any idea what's the problem?.

Error migrating database from 4.0.1 to 4.1

Hi,

When i'm trying to apply sql script generated by migrationTool.jar i'm getting stuck at this error!

ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 1: Duplicate entry '' for key 'PRIMARY'

Can anyone help me with my update?

Hi,

I'm tryping to upgrade my CS Server from 4.0.1 to 4.1 but i'm getting this error while i'm running /admin/statuscheck

java.lang.RuntimeException: E_ADEPT_DATABASE_UPGRADE_NOT_SUPPORTED table: userpublic, current version: 0, required version: 1

Does anyone already had this issue?

Packaging can't create path

Hi,

When we package a new ressource, we enter a <Location>Path</Location> but if that path didn't already exist, the packaging failed. Is the a config value that we can set to allow ACS4 / Tomcat to create that path on the fly?

Hi,

We have a situation where we want to merge to different Content Server 4 into only one:

1 - Is it possible to do that kind of merge if we consider that all database keys are UUID?

2 - If so, what is gonna happen to already fulfilled license?
