Arrows in "Auto Shapes"

I am running Fireworks CS6. I have read the Adobe pages which indicated that arrows were in "Auto Shapes". They do not appear in my version. What have I missed?

Dreamweaver CC - 'Files' and 'Design'

I have been using Dreamweaver for many years and CC for the last
year. I have always had the 'Files' window displayed at the left hand
side of the 'Design' window. This is my preferred method of working.

Two days ago this configuration was broken and at the same time a
double click from the 'Files' window does not open the page in the
'Design' window which is the way it has been working. I see an error
message that DW cannot find a way to open the file extension.

What have I broken?

PDF to PNG problem

I use Acrobat XI Pro to convert the PDF to a PNG file. For the first time in many years I have an error message " Isufficient permissions for image extraction".

What is the cause and how do I rectify it?

My apologies. I am a senior citizen lost in the Adobe system.

Have you installed the latest DW CC 2014 build?

Can you confirm the build you are on..

I can open the forum but I cannot see how to reply.

My answer is:

Creative Cloud advises updates at regular intervals and I have taken them all.

Dreamweaver is currently showing v 13.2 build 6471

I would appreciate asistance in the use of the forum.

Files list for "Open"

Form Wizard and multiple columns

I have a word document with a five column table. The first two columns are for descripitive text. Columns 3,4 and 5 are for the user to complete.

The Wizard is leaving cols 4 and 5 empty. How do I design the Word document to overcome this?

I have a designer who submits layered graphics in PSD format. When saved as FireWorks PNG format that are flattened. Is there a technique that I can use to maintain the layers?

Adding background to rectangle

I am using Fireworks CS5 and Windows 7

How do I make the colour of a rectangle match a colour elsewhere by using the hexadecimal code. Every attempt that I have made to edit that code in the pallette window has failed.

Advice on Dreamweaver CS5.5

I have spent 35 minutes attempting to purchase Dreamweaver CS5.5 from the Adobe site. The main page would not allow a change of country from USA and when I found an Australian download page Dreamweaver CS5.5 was not listed. I used the 'Send an email" option without success.

Please advise my best next move.

I have updated Acrobat Reader and Acrobat is no longer default reader.

Using Windows 7

I have recently updated my Acrobat Reader. Now Acrobat is no longer default PDF reader. Neither is listed in the default list of Control Panel.

How do I fix that.
