Unfortunately, I am not able to pay for Adobe FormsCentral Basic Service with a credit card from Czech Rep. The system does not allow me finish the payment, because from Czech Rep.

Yeah. Same here. This thing piss me off! Even the billing address here in the Philippines. This is not fair!

If i am based in a country that is not listed,

i need a credit card from a supported country to be able to upgrade to a paid account, in that case:

Does the purchase of the software be necessarily made in the same supported country?

The location of the purchase doesn't matter. All that matters is that the billing address of the credit card is from a supported country.

Hi Gen,

I am from Australia (1 of the courntries listed where the product is available for purchase) but I am working in Saudi Arabia at the moment.

I have a credit card with an Australian billing address, yet I am unable to go beyond this page:

When you created your AdobeID do you know which country you used? Please email your AdobeID and a description of your issue to formscentral_feedback@adobe.com. We might need to have to change your account country first.
