Well managed, I'd say. Glad Adobe has taken the route of making sure they are happy with their product before releasing it.

How exactly will this work? After installing the trials, on Friday will we essentially get a valid serial number to enter to activate?

Couple of other questions:

1) The CC versions are the same as the regular purchased versions correct?

2) Creative Cloud just gives you a different type of license correct?

3) And with creative cloud...there is no more "Suite" install correct? Everything is installed as a standalone app?

4) There's no downside in downloading and installing the trial is there?

Hi,

I can't find where to download Photoshop CS6 trial. I can only see the extended version in the download link, but I don't really fancy installing it if i will have to uninstall it in a couple of days time...

Hi there,

I found the page to download CS6 suite of products but there is also the Master and Creative suite; which one are we supposed to download?

Also,someone else asked/said that we don't use the downloaded products but use them only on the Cloud. But from what I read previously, I believed we would be downloading the software and using it on the desktop as normal.

Please can you confirm this is so?

You have to download and install the software, yes.

About the suite you must download, go through the products listed under each suite and download the suite that best suits your requirements.

If you can tell us your intention of downloading the software, we can provide a better answer.

I am not sure I got you but hopefully one of these answers should help you:

If you bought Photoshop CS6 subscription, then download the software from this link and use your serial number to activate the software. It is the full version of the software yes.
If you were planning to try out a suite on a trial basis, select the one that meets your requirements and download it. Just to state the obvious, suites contain software that usually play with each other. So, if you bought Design Premium, it would include Photoshop+Ohter software.

how many photoshop versions are there? I though that by buying photoshop CS6 subscription I was only allowed to use this version and not photoshop CS6 EXTENDED. Am I wrong? (I hope so )

Yes, you are right. You can however, upgrade from Photoshop CS6 to Photoshop Extended if you are an advanced user.

photoshop CS6 is ok for what I need, is there any link for this "standard" version or do I have to wait to receive a link to it it on the 11th?

Does photoshop CS6 install from Photoshop CS6 Extended and then gray out some 3D options after the 30 days of trials or has got his own different installation file?

Question 1: I installed a CS5.5 trial. At the end of the trial, I was going to sign up for the subscription but decided to go with CS6 Cloud instead. Should I uninstall the CS5.5 trial before downloading and installing 6?

Question 2: I am not yet comfortable with the idea of storing my files in the cloud. Would I still be able to save my files to my computer?

I am waiting for the CS6 Master Collection - I purchased the CS5.5 upgrade within the window for the free CS6 upgrade, however I need to have the discs shipped. My download speed would take days. How do I proceed with this once the software becomes fully available? Thanks.

Ok, it's Monday and I have received my email... I still cannot find the installer for my "Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition (one-year)", Support and links all take me to this page https://creative.adobe.com/#apps where I can only see an Extended version of Photoshop CS6. Am I missing something?

I have NOT received an email with my download instructions or my registration number. I purchased PS CS5.1 and paid for it which intitled me to a free upgrade to CS6. What should I do since this DOES NOT show as a bending order in my recent order file??? My Order # was AD001315691EDU for the Photoshop Extended Student & Teacher edition.

I have purchased CS6 Photoshop Extended Student & Teacher. Was required to provide evidence that I am involved in education so did that. Received an email confirming that this was received and telling me that the documents would be approved and I would be notified of my approval status. What I require is a registration number as it didn't come with the Student & Teacher edition, but all i have received is another email telling me that the case has been closed... Where is my registration number for this product??????

Just disregard that last post from me..... I purchased CS5, not CS6, and I eventually worked it out. There was nothing to say that I needed to log onto Adobe onlin to find out what the "closed case" meant. Have found my SN, and all is good!

NOTHING came, except for an EMPTY volume license and the below message,

saying that the order is COMPLETE

Without further explanation.

However: I do not even have an order number.

When I log in there is NO recent order shown.

All I have is the below no reply message.

It is impossible to reach adobe.

I wonder what is going on here.

How long will it take before I ever get my master collection?

This is very frustrating and a terrible customer service.

I need the product asap for my business!

I also purchased CS5.5 Design Standard Suite which came with the promise of a free upgrade to CS6. I have NOT received the email about downloading the CS6 upgrade. And why are the questions on this topic not being answered? If the email will be sent soon, why don't you give your customers some relief from the worry that they have been conned? Your feedback sucks.
