Hi Cristinel,

I was looking at the browser usage reports and noticed that Chrome is not included in the list. Is there a reason for this as I am sure someone out there is using Chrome!

Hello,

The new browser detection mechanism is only available in the beta version of the analytics engine. Have you enabled the beta analytics engine from the Beta Features page?

Ah, great thanks, switched it on now in the site I was looking at and can see it in my Partner site as I switched that on when it was released.

Hi Guys,

Just thought you might like to have some feedback.

The new analytics system has flat lined with my partner site since the 31st of Jan.

Google analytics and web master tools are trucking along nicely so I haven't been sandboxed.

The old system appears to be working just fine as well.

So if we enable the beta reporting, does it interfere with the classic reports at all?

Hi Fubals,

Enabling the beta reporting will not alter the classic reports data. However, when the beta engine is enabled the graphs will show the data from the new engine not the current engine.

In the weekly report I see an overview of top search phrases. Online I don't see them. Just a few words a used to test finding my website with a google search. Can I find the phrases of the weekly updates somewhere in an online report?

For several weeks I have been unable to receive Reprts. Traffic Sources is of particular use and whilst the map will appear for the fraction of a seconf it then disappears and the frame is blank apart from the tile Traffic Sources. This also applies to all the other sections in Reports. Am I doing something wrong? Looking forward to hearing from you

Is something weird happening with enabling the reports? All my existings sites dont have the option to enable the beta feature now... I did enable some of them a while back, but now ones that i go into dont have the option to enable it?

One of my sites has shown no visits in it's weekly reports when it obviously has ( eugenedonegan.com ), when i look at Traffic Sources i'm getting referrals from sex sites, has anyone experianced this and how do i get rid of them?.

I'm really liking the admin console but am currently having problems with the reports pages, specifically Reports > Visitors > more > Devices is not displaying data as well as Reports > Traffic Sources > Search Phrases & Search Engine Referrals. There's probably not much data to display yet but other Reports pages indicate that there should be at least some data there.

Is this feature working....Why cant we enable the new reporting engine? I dont get that option on any of the sites from the Beta Features,

just the option to enable Email marketing & content management.

We dont get any stats on Chrome usage... Can someone please update us on all this...

Hi There, I too am looking to enable this feature - we would like to get further data on mobile device visitors.

I can not see this feature as an avilable option in the beta features area....has it been decommissioned?
