      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:2bd736e4-1119-4f58-a2f2-4a88cbca68c0] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;As of Feb 2014, I found that to get the ups access key, I needed to take the following steps (after completing Step 4 above):&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Go to the "support" tab near the top of the ups screen, and in its pull-down menu click "Technology Support"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Under "Tools and Resources" click on "UPS Developer Kit"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Under "How to Get Started" click "Request an access key"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:2bd736e4-1119-4f58-a2f2-4a88cbca68c0] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415885599738' /&gt;</description>
