How does Behance fit into the Creative Cloud?

Behance is now integrated with Creative Cloud, so you can share what you’re working on in just one click. Currently, you can share from Creative Cloud as well as the all-new Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC. After you click “Share to Behance” and enter a few details about your work, this will be uploaded as a “Work In Progress” on Behance.

How can I share what I’m working on from Photoshop or Illustrator?

When viewing or editing a file in Photoshop or Illustrator CC, you can share to Behance by:

Select File --> Share to Behance
Click the Share icon in the lower left hand corner

If you have not yet linked your Creative Cloud membership with Behance, you are promoted to either login to your Behance account, or create an account. Then, enter some details about your work and crop a Cover Image (it's how the cover to your work displays in your Behance Portfolio). Your work is then published on Behance.

How can I access Behance within Creative Cloud's desktop app?

Adobe Creative Cloud allows you to stay connected with your workgroups and creative community via your desktop, website, or mobile device. Install the desktop app to access your Behance Activity Feed and Portfolio, as well as share & discover new work. If you already have an account, you'll be prompted to login. If you don't have an account already, signup is quick and easy. More info here.

I have both paid Prosite and Creative Cloud memberships. What should I do now?

If you’re currently paying for a Creative Cloud membership, a ProSite subscription is included in the cost. When you’re ready to publish your ProSite, just make sure you link the ProSite account with the Adobe ID associated with your Creative Cloud subscription and you’ll be able to publish without further payment. If you’re having trouble with your Creative Cloud payment, please contact Adobe support.

In the Adobe Creative Cloud, what is the difference between Behance ProSite and Adobe Business Catalyst

Behance ProSite, the newest addition to Adobe Creative Cloud, is a personal portfolio site builder that syncs with your Behance Network projects. With ProSite, you can create a fully customized personal website in minutes that includes your work, additional pages, your resume, and much more. Prosite (normally $100/year) is now available at no additional cost for all paid Creative Cloud members. The 5 Business Catalyst websites included in Creative Cloud are designed to help you design, validate and host web sites for your customers, allowing you to foray into web design and development for the SMB market. Once you build a website with Adobe Muse or Adobe Dreamweaver software, you can host it using the Adobe Business Catalyst service, our all-in-one business website platform. Your Adobe Creative Cloud membership includes hosting for up to five Business Catalyst webBasics sites. Behance ProSite and Adobe Business Catalyst are separate services. Does a paid Creative Cloud membership give me one portfolio site on ProSite in addition to hosting five sites on Business Catalyst?

Yes, paid Creative Cloud members get one portfolio site created and hosted on Behance Prosite AND five additional sites hosted on the Adobe Business Catalyst service, for a total of six websites!

Can I automatically migrate my portfolio site designed in Muse and hosted on Business Catalyst to ProSite?

There is no migration path from Business Catalyst or Muse to ProSite. We suggest you upload your work to Behance and recreate your portfolio site on ProSite. Then, use Adobe Muse or Dreamweaver to publish up to five other websites on Business Catalyst.

Can I use the ProSite website building tools with Business Catalyst?

You can’t use the ProSite website building tools with Business Catalyst. We encourage you to continue using Dreamweaver or Muse to publish websites on Business Catalyst.

Nothing happens when I click “Share”
The Share functionality is a popup. Make sure you’ve disabled popup blockers or other browser add-ons for maximum compatibility. If you’re still having trouble, contact Behance support at http://www.behance.net/faq.

If you’re having trouble connecting with your Behance account:

Try resetting your password (http://www.behance.net/account/reset_password).
Make sure you have a Behance login--if you’ve never used Behance before, you’ll want to sign up for a new account instead of logging in. Your Behance login is separate from your Adobe ID.

How do I view the work I shared on Behance?

What signing up for your Behance account, you'll be prompted to select a username, which is part of your unique profile URL. Your URL will be located at Behance.net/username. You can see the public view of your profile here, or log into Behance.net for full editing capabilities.

Your Behance login is separate from your Adobe ID. You’ll need to log into Behance using the Behance credentials that you chose during signup. Remember, you may have a different username and/or password on Behance than on Adobe.
