Hi,

Gaming SDK is a set of frameworks and tools required to build ActionScript games which run in Flash Player and AIR on Desktop and Mobile, it doesn't have it's own UI. Please check start menu if you're on Windows. For mac, please check Applications folder, you should see a folder called "Adobe Gaming SDK 1.2". You might want to go through the page http://www.adobe.com/devnet/games/getting-started-games.html to get started.

I have several online multiplayer games that need to be updated. . they use access database to handle interactions

I've searched here and haven't been able to find any information about how these tools can interact with my existing code

basically, I'd like to preserve as much of the original programming as possible, concentrating on re-designing the interface.

Hi!

I want to use TestFlight Beta Testing in iTuneConnect. But the builds that I compile with FlashBuilder don't contain the correct entitlement. I've generated new provisioning file, downloaded it and compiled my app with it. I use Adobe AIR SDK 15.0.0.295.

How can I generate the correct entitlement?

Нужно

1. Скачать через Adobe Creative Cloud набор Gaming SDK

2. Скачать "окружение" для разработки IDE, к примеру http://www.flashdevelop.org/

3. Выбрать нужные библиотеки из папки Gaming SDK

4. Создать проект в IDE, перенести туда библиотеки, подключить их

5. Основываясь на примерах реализовывать свои идеи

Remove 'Install AwayBuilder'

How do I delete the two, unwanted 'Install AwayBuilder' launchers from my mac launchpad? I've already installed Away Builder but they are still there. Trying to delete them in the normal fashion from mac is not an option.

I'm not sure if this is an adobe glitch or a mac glitch. I suspect it's the former.

The starting point is Flash Pro CC. Open that and start a new project with Air for iOS.

The adobe gaming SDK is nothing but a bunch of demos and samples, aka "Plugins". If you want to start building games open up Flash Pro CC and start a new project with "Air to iOS". That should get you started.

I released my game on iOS,android and web.

I used sharedobject to save my game data.

It worked perfectly on iOS and web.

and, It seemed perfect on Android but, many players found that sometimes, save data can be deleted.

I collected the information and tested when this happens.

I figured out it happens in two circumstance.

1. when battery dies while playing my game.

2. just push home button (still working on background) and take battery out right away to change new one.

have you guys seen this problem?

What is the reason? and any solution?

Not sure, but I think the SDK files are resources (templates) to be used with Flash, Scout, and Flash Builder- not a stand alone program like Edge Animate or Flash

What's the best solution for an in-app purchase for iOS and Android.

For a research I got the following results:

- If I would only implement an in-app purchase for iOS I can use the Adobe Gaming SDK with ANE. But there is no solution for Android.

- If I like to have an in-app purchase for iOS and Android I should use the both Extensions from Milkman Games (In-App Purchase iOS Extension $49.99 and In-App Billing Android Extension $ 49.99 - http://www.milkmangames.com/blog/tools/)

I want a tablet that will run Flash Player. It seems neither Apple or androids are an option. What new tablets are able to run Flash ? This is a pain grrr I can't access any games with Apple or Samsung tablets.

yeah got the same problem, I wanted to check how is to make game with adobe gaming sdk but it looks very very overwhelming!

a lot of tools and im not sure even if I have to pay or what im limited with the trial version.. would be nice a more simple tight guide or experience from other game devs!

Yes. The Shared Object data is only deleted when you delete the app or if you explicitly clear it.

this is jonghwan lee.

Actually I found texture load issue on a game(names samkukjangtu on korean) which is using Adobe gaming sdk.

the game uses the ATF file for the textures on the game.

Of course, it is not problem for other GPU. but the newly launched IMG GPU( PowerVR rgx version ) makes this problem.

I guess the SDK is using GPU information for the control some configuration

is that right? please let me know about this issue ASAP.
