Hi Sarah,

I deleted a on accident. It's right next to the unpublish button. I see that we can't get it back. =(

If you look, when you click on the unpublish button, it has a popup asking, "Are you sure?"

Why not have an "Are you sure?" pop-up for the delete button. That makes more sense especially when the delete and unpublish buttons are right next to each other.

Hello - if you are getting ProSite free with your Creative Cloud subscription and your CC subscription lapses, you'll be notified when your ProSite was not paid for, and you'll then be given the opportunity to pay for ProSite as a standalone. You'll have a 2 week "grace period" before your site comes down, so you'll have time to work out billing details. And if for some reason your site does come down, you will be able to login and republish the same site at any time, so no data will be lost.

Hi Kitral - it's possible that your Behance account isn't connected to the same Adobe ID that is paying for your Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition. Is the Adobe ID that you use to login to Behance the same one that's connected to your Creative Cloud account? If not, you can fix this by visiting this page and selecting "use a different Adobe ID:" Behance

Hi German - you will get a free ProSIte if you're paying for a single app or full Creative Cloud subscription, but ProSite does not come included int he Photography Plan. Hi friends, I have a monthly Photography plan (Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom mobile), all is fine but I can't enable a Prosite from behance, always request me for aditional plans, it is ok? or I have a Prosite with my CC Suscription?

Just FYI, on the "duplicate account" issue - be aware that if you login to Behance with a different Adobe ID than the one connected to your existing Behance account, it'll seamlessly create a new account for you, which is why you're seeing that second URL there.

This is simply and utterly one of the most inconsiderate of all Adobe takeovers. Did you not think artists that use Adobe products might have accounts already with Behance? You have screwed us. Not only that, there is NO way to talk to anyone about how to fix this. I do NOT see anything in this forum on how to fix, why? Big corporate decisions and more money. You suck Adobe.

Hello,

It looks like you have 2 Behance accounts and 2 Adobe IDS - clicking "yes, link my accounts" will simply swap which Behance account is linked to which Adobe ID - nothing will be lost. The only thing that will change will be which Adobe ID you use to login to which Behance account.

Does this make sense? I suggest you click it, and then test logging in with both Adobe IDs - it should be clear after doing that.

Man! Tried pro-site years and didn't have responsive templates then, thought I'd take a look again today (now that I have CC and its part of the package) and shocked to see still no responsive templates! What the... come on Adobe, do you want people to use this or not?

At behance I'm logged in with my behance id (sven@…)

When I follow your link a popup opens where I enter my adobe.com (full CC plan) credentials.

Then the popup shows the image below.

Please note:

info@… adobe id with full CC plan
sven@… behance and prosite id (full portfolio, used at prosite)
be.net/INFO… not used behance portfolio (empty)

When I click Yes, Link My Accounts, will I lose my current behance portfolio (which is used at prosite) from my sven@… ?

I don't want to mess up anything.

Hello - the best thing to do would be to associate your Behance account with a different Adobe ID - in your case, the one that's on the full CC plan. You can do that here after you log into Behance - click "use a different Adobe ID" on the top right: Behance

Hi!

I joined Adobe.com years ago with a different email address than I used at behance. As I'm on a full CC plan and my prosite.com membership needs to be renewed within 5 days I'd like to know how can I merge behance and adobe accounts? Prosite is included in full CC plan afaik.

Do I have to login to adobe with my behance (prosite) email and just change it to my email I signed up with at adobe.com? Will prosite.com then notice my full CC membership?

Please advice.

I am fairly new on Behance and I am a student of Graphic Design and Illustration. I am attempting to clean up my portfolios on all of the portfolio sites that I have. I have quite a few projects on Behance and my other portfolio sites that still need refinement. Would you recommend that I remove the projects that need to be refined so that I can make my Prosite portfolio look more professional?

I've got the same question. My concern is that the finished image is a composite rather than just photography so essentially makes it artwork which can be stolen.

2 - You're correct that this has been removed - the focus is now on the work itself, so you will apply with your Portfolio of Creative Work when applying for a job.

Hi there,

I'm sorry for the confusion! The maximum image width supported on Behance is 600px wide. Occasionally you may see projects that seem to have wider images. This is a "hack" some members have created by uploading a background image that seems to blend in with the edges of the 600px wide content.

You're welcome to do the same on your own projects, but this is not a supported usage of the background images and we can't guarantee that future changes to our project editor won't cause a conflict with this unorthodox use case. Right now, these projects are not supported on mobile devices because of iOS background limits, so we don't recommend using background images this way.

Some complaints about Behance Jobs:

(1) The filters don't work. I set the job filters to "United States" and "NY," and the first five results were in Alpharetta, GA; Cookeville, TN; Stockholm, Sweden; and St. Louis, MO.

(2) My second complaint is that not only has Behance removed the section where an applicant can attach or write a cover letter, but now they won't even let the applicant attach a résumé. So much for good UX! Now Behance Jobs is useless to me.

Hello - Behance is totally free for everyone. We do have a premium service called ProSite, that costs money, but comes free with a paid Creative Cloud plan. If that's what you're asking about, then yes, you have to have a paid CC account to get that free, although you can always purchase it as a standalone.

However, note that everything you see on Behance.net is FREE for everyone. It's simply ProSite.com that is our premium service.

I just published my Pro-Site last Friday and am having trouble getting my custom domain to work. I must have done something wrong, because when you go to KellyAngelovic.com, it points to Prosite.com, instead of my personal portfolio (kellyangelovic.prosite.com). Can anyone help????

Why do you guys make it so difficult? I was going to do one simple change to my Behance portfolio, and now I have to spend time getting info on how to log in TO MY OWN ACCOUNT? Yeah.
