R_Kelly I saved my .CR2 files as .dng files with E10 Raw Editor.

Then I transfered them to my other computer.

Yes I am now able to open them with E6 Raw Editor.

I also downloaded the DNG Converter 6.7 from Adobe.

The DNG Converter works great!

It would be nice if the DNG Converter had a setting to convert a single

File also and not just a Folder.

DNG Converter is your friend. Following article talks about 7.0 & 8.0, but should be applicable for 6.0 as well. Just try it out.- http://bit.ly/IUMGIc

There is no newer camera raw plugin for pse 6 that will read those files directly.

You could either save the files you want to open pse 6 in the pse 10 camera dialog as dngs which will open in pse 6

or download the 6.7 DNG Converter and make dng copies of your T2 files which will open in pse 6.

Thanks for the reply, my camera is supported but the raw plug-in version is not compatible.

Is it possible to upgrade the raw plug-in version?

Elements 10 recognizes Canon EOS Rebel T2i Raw file .CR2

Elements 6 does not recognize .CR2 file type.

Is there any way to get Elements 6 to recognize .CR2
