Why is sameformfieldsasarray not in the table along with all the other settings? Why's it a footnote?

Currently this doc says the default value for clientManagement is "Administrator value".

Currently, there is no CF Admin setting for enable/disable Client vars (hopefully there will be sometime). Thus, this doc should state that the default value for clientManagement is "no".
