It will run, and if updated, will show that no updates are available. Then, you can Quit, or go to Preferences (or similar syntax).       <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:54dedd65-ca71-4907-8b04-fdd824bd924d] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I use a cellular Internet connection and pay per MB&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Every time I open Premiere Elements it uses 25 MB&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Updating is disabled but it has not stopped Premiere Elements&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This does not happen with Photoshop Elements&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This does not happen with any other application&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;All application Updating is disabled&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do Manual Updates for everything&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have a Wireless Watcher that shows every byte used&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have tested this with every application&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This only happens with Premiere Elements&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Just to be sure I disabled all Adobe applications&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It does not download anything, Just uses up 25 MB each time&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;How can I stop Premiere Elements from using up my MB&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:54dedd65-ca71-4907-8b04-fdd824bd924d] --&gt;</description>
