Did you try downloading the Adobe Application Manager from one of the links I provided in the post above?

The "degradation in service" was captured in this post by customers http://forums.adobe.com/message/4724568#4724568. That particular issue has been fixed. I am not denying you are having a problem and we will get it fixed.

Please do some proper testing before claiming the issue is solved.

Now, if I click on the OK button in the popup that shows up after I click on Download now I am directed to what looks like a 404 page: https://creative.adobe.com/true

It's now been 2 days since I bought my subscription and I still can't do the work I need to do. Come on guys, you can do better.

The degradation in service affected Chrome and Safari browsers. If you are still seeing an issue please clear your browser cache and cookies.

No it hasn't.

Most buttons now do work, but if you don't have the download manager installed, you'll get a popup saying "You're about to install ....". None of the buttons (OK and close) on that popup work. So I'm still suck.
