Hey heathrowe and welcome to the Muse forum!

Ladies and gentlemen..if you don't know - EA guru and all around cool cat, heathrowe..now you know.

Listen man you helped me out sooo much (and still do) when I first started with Edge that this is the very least I can offer if you're new to Muse.

There have been a # of sign in problems (myself included) when Muse hooked up with the creative cloud. In almost all cases the above methods solved the problem.
The threads all basically involve deleting the same corrupt/conflicting files. Tho vary in individual cirmumstancs. Such as BC id's etc.
If that doesn't work, there is a direct download link of the latest version-Windows or Mac- that mods have posted, (but unforutunately I can't find it at the moment) so stay on this thread.

Unable to Sign In

Just now running Adobe Muse, upon Launch I am prompted 'There is an update'. I click Yes, choosing the 'Replace current option.'

It finishes but upon launch I have to Sign In! Is this the case just to use it?

At any attempt to Sign In, I get the following message:

My sign In is correct as I use it for the Cloud Subscription (just tested it). Any assitance appreciated.
