Is there another app that adobe brings out? I am very confused. Publishing folios as public allows them to appear in the library of a custom viewer app. If you're not a Pro/Ent subscriber, there is no reason to publish as public.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you want to make a folio available to known individuals, you can use the Share feature. That application has to be built and submitted on a Mac. You can't use a PC.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If all you want to do is put some folios on your device to show it to friends, potential clients, etc. use the Adobe Content Viewer. As Bob mentions you can also share folios to others for review purposes and they can also just use the Adobe Content Viewer. You use folio builder panel, make your folio and upload it, then go to digitalpublishing.acrobat.com and publish it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The only thing you need a Mac for is to build the application you submit to Apple. If you are building a single edition application then this means you need a Mac to publish, because there is no separation between the folio and the app you submit.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For multi-issue applications you only need a Mac to make the shell application that apple gets.
