Hi, Rafael-

If you take a look at Scott's answer above, you cannot change the defined speed at which an animation runs, as it's time-based and not frame-based. For instance, you set your animation to start at 1000 milliseconds and not the 4th frame. In order to change when your animation fires, you'll have to move the transition itself.

I was even looking like scoring a timeline with grid, but it does not change the speed of the application.

The Edge lets you choose the speed "frames per second"?

Just to be clear -- that doesn't change the framerate; it simply changes the vertical grid, which can be used for snapping.

There's no way to change the playback framerate in Edge Animate. The runtime clock plays at a fixed speed, and animates are time-based (as opposed to frame-based).

Click "Show Grid" icon in lower LH corner, and "Grid Size" pulldown arrow next to it to subdivide grid... yes?
