I am looking for the same solution. It seems there may be a way to make Page Skip Logic work, but unfortunately, my brain isn't a logical one. If someone has a sample or tutorial that demonstrates how to shows/hides pages depending on whether a multiple choice box is selected, please share. Thanks.

You can try to use Page Skip Logic, see tutorial here http://forums.adobe.com/thread/869959 NEW FEATURE: Page Skip Logic (aka Page Branching) to see if it works for you.

I am trying to create a form that when they answer the multiple choice questions it will add additional forms to the bottom of the form is this possible? if so how, I am a complete novice it this. Thanks
