You could just keep quite about the user specific tracking, or you can use the End Meeting tool (or Weblinks Pod) to force everyone in the room to a Presenter/Captivate presentation that has a series of questions. Objects in the Content library will not track user specific information, so it would be anonymous. Along the same lines, you could use those tools to send the attendees to a Survey Monkey, or similar, site or even use the Google Docs tool to create a survey.
