Hi,

I am also facing the same issue. Following are the details:

I have license version of

1.Adobe Flash Builder 4.6

2. Adobe Illustrator CS6

3. CS Extension Builder 2.0 ( monthly subscription)

I get the error when i try to run the project. It asks for the Username and Password for Adobe. Even after providing the correct credentials it gives the error "Please login with Adobe ID to use Adobe CS Extension Builder".

I have tried with open internet, still it does not work.

Please advise as to what should be done. I want to make it work with Extension builder 2.0 only.

Hi Halligrimur,

Deleting the opm.db file, uninstalling FB and then re-installing FB and EB 2.1 did not work.

Is it because I did not remove any reference to it in the registry? If so, what is the 'key' I should be looking for when removing it in RegEdit on Windows?

I've tried deleting the opm.db file then uninstalling (without unregistering) Flash Builder, installing Flash Builder, and then installing EB 2.1.

I am still getting the sign in issue.

I see...

you should be able to run any other Eclipse plugin without affecting EB 2.1.

When you uninstalled EB2.1, did you uninstall Flash Builder itself? If not, I suggest you do that, and remove any reference to it in the registry.

Before you do this, I recommend you delete a file called opm.db which is located here on a Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/ (please make a backup copy of the file first). Then try again.

Let me know if it works.

Yes, it was working. I then installed subclipse and the sign in issue reappeared.

I've removed subclipse, and re-installed EB2.1. This has not worked.

For those users that have downloaded EB 2.1 from the Partner Portal, we will be delivering a new build to it that fixes the problem you are encountering. Meanwhile you can download and use the Trial build (http://www.adobe.com/products/adobe-extension-builder.html, hit Try on the right).

Is there anyone here that is using the Store build (from here: http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/adobe-extension-builder.html) and has the same issue?

Hi guys,

I am a bit confused by this thread.

The original post was posted in March, 2013, and the issue is for Eb2.0 only, because we didn't deliver EB2.1 at that time.

But it seems some of the replies are for EB2.1, saying some of you met login issue when you migrated from EB2.0 to EB2.1.

I will post a new one to get more exact information.

So I gues I will need to downgrade to Extension Builder 2.0 and wait for Adobe to fix this.

I hope this won't be too long otherwise it will be a major issue for me not being able to port my extensions to CC.

I had the same problem this morning after migrating from 2.0 to 2.1 on an existing project. As FB rebuilt the workspace, the log in screen (CSIDE1) appeared -- and kept reappearing, even after going through a pw reset back at the Adobe mother ship. I'll send you my Adobe ID, as well, via private em.

I have the same problem, I downloaded from the partners sites.

I did have 2.0 install in flash build 4.6 when I install.

Hi,

I have a monthly subscription to CS Extension Builder 2, but when trying to create a new project there is a problem with signing in. I get the message 'Please log in with your Adobe ID to use Adobe Creative Suite Extension Builder'

The steps are as follows.

1) I click 'Finish' in the screen below.

2) I enter login details in the screen below. Note, I have erased my email address for privacy

3) I get the log in error message in the screen below
