Hi Candid Theory, with Miguel's extension you just intstall it (which you've done) and then you can select new themes through the "Themes" menu that shoud show up in Edge Code. You don't need to worry about copying anything over.

Are you not seeing the themes menu?

We're going to be adding officiall support for themes over the next couple of months. If you have any feedback on how you want them to work, definitely let me know!

How do we install the theme?

I have downloaded other themes in zip files and placed them into the user folder (windows 8) and that worked. But for the link provided, the theme does not seem to work properly...

You might want to look at this set of themes - https://github.com/chriskempson/tomorrow-theme/tree/master/Brackets - I think they might do what you want or at least proivde an example.

I was able to change the background color. I am now looking to tweak the plain text code color that you would find within tags such as <p></p>. I have been digging through the LESS files without much luck. Any suggestions?

We'll also be adding theme support directly so you don't need to go through that manual process. I'm not totally sure where it will land on the priority list/time frame but it's something I'd like to do sooner rather than later.

How about the Themes extension? I've only tested it with Brackets though.

Hi Vladimir,

There's no official way to change editor color schemes yet, but as an unofficial hack you can do this:

Find the 'www' folder within your install of Edge Code (on Mac, right-click the app and choose Show Package Contents)
Navigate to www/styles and open brackets_codemirror_override.less
Find the ".CodeMirror-scroll" CSS rule near the top of the file and change background-color to whatever you'd like.
Save the file, quit and restart Edge Code
