It looks like you have the Basic Plan (which has 5 forms and 500 responses per form).

You can upgrade it to the Plus (unlimited forms) plan by following these instructions: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-3004

The pricing page you are showing is the US pricing page (prices are quoted in US dollars). I can see you paid in Euros. I think the Basic Monthly plan in Euros is the same monthly price as the Plus plan in US dollars. I think that caused the confusion. I’ll have someone look into why this page isn’t showing Euros for you.

Hi, your pricing tells me that with a Plus account I will have unlimited forms. I've paid 11.99 this month, yet my account tells me I'm limited to 5 forms. Can you explain why, or update my account accordingly please?
